Job summary

Copperstate Farms stores are seeking a Store Associate to support dispensary operations both FOH and BOH. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle transactions, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure compliance with state rules.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail experience, strong cash handling skills, and familiarity with POS software. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Health and safety compliance is a must.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain an Arizona Facility Agent card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: greet customers, provide courteous service, process transactions, maintain a clean dispensary and stock.
• Back of House: assist in inventory, restock, verify COAs and compliance, support daily counts and reporting.
