Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower dispensaries are seeking a Store Associate to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage transactions, and maintain inventory with accuracy while adhering to compliance standards.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves both customer-facing duties and back-end inventory tasks in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cannabis retail or consumer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a balanced drawer.
• Assist in inventory management and stocking.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team across FOH/BOH as needed.
