GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY, a cannabis retailer, seeks a Part-Time Specialist to deliver superior customer service, facilitate transactions, and maintain the sales floor. You will educate customers, listen with empathy, and support store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and teamwork in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in a retail environment.
• Experience in a highly regulated cannabis store is desirable.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check via Livescan in certain markets.
• B.A. preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience and assist with transactions.
• Maintain an neat, organized store floor and enforce product placement standards.
• Provide product knowledge and participate in store trainings to stay informed.
• Work with store leadership to ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures.
