Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service in a retail environment.
• Must pass a federal background check via Live scan in certain markets.
• BA preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Experience in highly regulated businesses is desirable.
• Uses sound judgment when making decisions.
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to product placement standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and participate in ongoing trainings.
