Trulieve, a leading cannabis company, is seeking a Dispensary Associate for a part-time role in a retail environment. You will guide customers, educate them on products and effects, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience while complying with state regulations.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. The position requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, with a compensation of $15.00 per hour plus potential tips and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT/PA/WV).
• Prior cash handling and retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients about products and their effects while delivering excellent service.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with returns and issue resolution with management guidance.
• Support online orders and deliveries as needed.
• Document customer issues on the customer's profile.
