Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to provide compassionate customer service and guide patients through cannabis product selections in accordance with state regulations. The role pays $14.50 per hour plus tips and requires education on benefits and side effects, returns assistance, and online order support.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT, PA, WV) per state rules.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A background check must be passed and a clean driving record may be required for delivery duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on cannabis product benefits and potential side effects.
• Assist with orders, returns, and online order processing, including deliveries within a 2-hour window.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies and procedures and work with management to resolve issues.
