Trulieve, a leading cannabis company and multi-state operator, is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate to educate customers on cannabis benefits, process purchases under state rules, and provide outstanding service. The role offers $14.50 per hour with tips, up to 25 hours weekly, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21 (18 in CT, PA, WV).
• Prior retail or customer service and cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on cannabis benefits and potential side effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests and coworkers.
