Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing journey, educate on products and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will process orders, handle cash, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers flexible hours, up to 25 hours per week, with tips eligibility. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our retail environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years old.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation; assist with returns per policy.
• Follow company policies; assist with online orders and delivery as needed.
