Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part-time to guide customers on their cannabis journey and provide exceptional service in a retail setting. You will educate patients on products, dosages, and potential side effects while processing purchases in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities include timely order processing, maintaining a clean workstation, and collaborating with management to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18+ in PA).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities.
• Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Ability to follow written/oral instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, benefits, and potential side effects.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Work with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Document customer issues on the customer's profile.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
