Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate for a part-time, temporary role in retail. You will guide customers through cannabis product selection, explain benefits and side effects, and ensure compliant transactions. Excellent service and knowledge of products are essential.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong cash handling and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $15.15/hour with possible tips, and on-site store operations.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist customers with product selections and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Process patient orders and handle returns per policy.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and follow company procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues and document them.
