Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate - Part Time to guide customers through cannabis education and product selection, delivering excellent service while ensuring state-compliant purchases. The role reports to the General Manager and requires a high-school diploma and 21+ age.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, up to 25 hours per week, with pay of $15.00 per hour and tips eligibility.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; prior retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients about cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist with online orders and deliveries as needed.
