Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Budtender for our Inverness, FL store to deliver an exceptional in-person shopping experience. This role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and compliance with store policies.

You will greet customers, assist in-store and over the phone, manage online orders, and ensure accurate cash handling. Applicants should be reliable, able to work fast-paced shifts, and meet basic education and background-screen requirements.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 8-hour day and night shifts, plus weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in store and over the phone and process online orders accurately.
• Encourage sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Use the POS system accurately and follow proper cash handling, safe audit, and change drop procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain a full understanding of the training and compliance binder.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, ensuring signage, price tickets, and marketing materials are visible and up to date.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and complete general housekeeping duties.
• Bring a positive attitude that contributes to a positive, customer-focused work environment.
