Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Budtender for in-store support in Florida. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, using product knowledge to enhance the customer experience, and ensuring store compliance and merchandising standards.

The position requires reliability, ability to work weekends, and a valid background screening. Competitive pay and benefits are offered as part of a growing cannabis retailer family.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 8-hour day and night shifts, plus weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in store and over the phone and process online orders accurately.
• Encourage sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Use the POS system accurately and follow proper cash handling, safe audit, and change drop procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain a full understanding of the training and compliance binder.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, ensuring signage, price tickets, and marketing materials are visible and up to date.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and complete general housekeeping duties.
• Bring a positive attitude that contributes to a positive, customer-focused work environment.
