Job summary

Vireo Health, a leading cannabis retailer and employer in Florida, is seeking a Budtender dedicated to exceptional customer service. This in-person role emphasizes product knowledge, compliance, and a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will help customers, manage orders, and contribute to a compliant and well-merchandised store environment. The position offers hourly pay around $15 with opportunities for growth, and requires availability for 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand, bend, reach.
• Pass Level 2 Background Screening within 72 hours of offer.
• Availability to work 8-hour day and night shifts, plus weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Assist customers in store, over the phone, and process online orders.
• Encourage sales with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Use POS system accurately and handle cash securely.
• Maintain store compliance, merchandising, and inventory.
• Keep store clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
