Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 8-hour day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to pass Level 2 Background Screening and fingerprinting within 72 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store with product knowledge.
• Process purchases using the POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Encourage sales through suggestive selling and up‑selling.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and pricing accuracy.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
