Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background with large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Nevada Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift team and sales floor operations to ensure efficient flow.
• Coach team members and provide sales feedback to improve metrics.
• Manage daily store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS systems.
• Control inventory to reduce shrinkage and ensure accurate scanning.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada requirements during inspections.
