You'll coach the shift team, monitor inventory, manage openings and closings, handle cash reconciliation and POS codes, and ensure compliance with state requirements.

The role focuses on creating a fast-paced, friendly shopping experience while reducing shrinkage and elevating sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background on large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee 25+ team members on shift to ensure guest experience.
• Coach staff on sales performance and drive location metrics.
• Oversee inventory processes and reduce shrinkage.
• Manage daily store openings/closings, cash, and POS.
