Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to act as the store manager's operational extension on shift. You will oversee 25+ team members, manage floor flow, assist guests promptly, and ensure POS and discount code accuracy while supporting the team.

Responsibilities include coaching staff on upselling, monitoring inventory, handling openings/closings, and maintaining compliance with Florida state requirements to minimize deficiencies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background, for large teams, cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred
• Must be 21+

Responsibilities

• Leadership Responsibilities: Ensuring 25+ Team members are upselling, completing daily inventory responsibilities, and providing a guest experience.
• Sales Expertise: Responsible for coaching and giving sales feedback to the team on their shift, while also encouraging the team to improve their metrics for their location.
• Inventory Control: Coaching team member to appropriately scan out products to help reduce shrinkage
• Floor Operations: Manage daily store openings and closings, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale (POS) systems, discount codes.
• Compliance: Understanding Florida compliance requirements to confidently walk through state inspections, reducing deficiencies.
