Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Lead to act as an operational extension to the store manager, overseeing shift teams, floor flow, cash handling, and POS systems to deliver a prompt guest experience.

You will coach a 25+ person team, ensure compliance with Nevada rules, manage openings/closings, inventory, and discount code usage, while driving sales metrics and reducing shrinkage in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background, for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Nevada Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team and ensure guest experience.
• Coach team on sales feedback and improve metrics.
• Coaching team to scan out products to reduce shrinkage.
• Manage floor operations including openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS systems.
• Ensure Nevada compliance during inspections and reduce deficiencies.
