Responsibilities

• Oversee shift team and floor operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Coach and provide sales feedback to improve metrics and upsell.
• Manage opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and POS workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada regulations during inspections.
