Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• 3+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and growth.
• Lead by example and promote a service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate cannabis product knowledge and guide customers for a positive experience.
• Open/close the store and assign tasks as needed to meet business demands.
• Perform and train staff on retail tasks including customer intake, sales, inventory, and POS transactions.
• Provide coaching in the moment and escalate employee concerns to leadership.
• Ensure SOP/compliance and report issues in a timely manner.
• Support inventory management and audits, and year-end processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and share findings with leadership.
