Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in opening/closing procedures and supervising staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards.
• Monitor store inventory and resolve patient issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with business partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
