Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Queen Creek, AZ location to be the face of the brand and help guests explore our cannabis products with top-tier service.

You'll greet customers, upsell items, process transactions, maintain store standards, and support inventory tasks in a fast-paced, compliant environment. A high school diploma or GED and 6 months of customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months POS/cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
