Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at our Glendale, AZ location. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers explore cannabis products and delivering top-tier service with every interaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing personalized product advice, processing transactions, and supporting store operations. This role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and building lasting customer relationships, with weekend availability and a starting hourly pay of $15.25

Formación

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• A positive, proactive mindset for great guest experiences.
• Team player with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong connections with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Work closely with your team to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere.
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked from sales floor to backroom.
• Support inventory tasks like restocking, fulfilling online orders, and counting products.
• Consistently meet (and beat) daily sales goals by upselling and using product knowledge.
• Highlight deals and complementary items at checkout to boost satisfaction.
• Stay informed on promotions and product updates for a seamless experience.
• Remain agile in a fast-paced retail environment and take on extra duties as needed.
