Job summary

Curaleaf in Sedona, AZ is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist guests with cannabis product selections, process transactions at the register, and provide top-tier service with every interaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer-facing or sales roles, with experience using POS systems. You will work open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and join a team

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
Minimum 6 months of experience using POS systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Comfort with technology and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
