Job summary

Curaleaf Port Saint Lucie is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, guiding guests through our cannabis products and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll greet guests, offer personalized recommendations, process transactions at the register, enroll guests in rewards programs, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming store. A high school diploma and 6 months of customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
