Embarc is seeking a full-time Sales and Operations Lead for its Riverside, CA cannabis dispensary. The role combines customer experience leadership with store operations, inventory, and compliance responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and drive results.

You will manage a front-of-house team, supervise daily operations, and lead initiatives to improve sales performance, brand education, and community engagement while ensuring policy compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales goals

• Maintain METRC and POS accuracy and support audits and recalls
• Coach and develop staff to ensure high performance and adherence to policies
• Engage with the community, execute marketing initiatives, and respond to reviews
