Embarc is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales and Operations Manager for our cannabis dispensary. This full-time role leads Customer Experience and Sales initiatives, oversees store operations, mentors the team, and ensures compliance with state regulations.

The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required; you will manage inventory, POS systems, and community

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving exceptional customer experience and sales.
• Experience with Treez POS system.
• At least two years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house and customer experience to exceed sales goals.
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Train and coach staff, foster accountability and continuous learning.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, POS, and merchandising.
• Manage inventory, compliance, counts, pricing, transfers, and recalls.
• Ensure adherence to state and local cannabis regulations.
