Embarc is seeking a full-time Inventory & Operations Lead for our cannabis dispensary in California. You will supervise inventory functions, back-of-house and front-of-house operations, and customer service while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include audits, vendor coordination, and maintaining METRC and POS accuracy. You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail setting, manage cash handling during shifts, and support merchandising while upholding company policies and

Qualifications

• Experience with Metrc Track and Trace system.
• Experience with Treez POS system.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls and compliance.
• Maintain METRC and POS records with accuracy.
• Conduct audits, cycle counts and spot checks.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage performance.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance across store.
