Embarc seeks an experienced, self-motivated Sales and Operations Lead for our Alameda cannabis dispensary. This full-time role leads the front-of-house team, oversees store operations, and drives customer experience and sales initiatives to meet goals.

You will manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach staff in a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive hourly pay with tips details provided at location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team to create an exceptional experience while exceeding sales goals.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor by answering questions and recommending products.
• Champion brand education and product knowledge training.
• Drive selling behaviors to achieve sales metrics and employee performance goals.
• Build customer retention through loyalty programs.
• Communicate and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
• Execute visual merchandising to uphold company standards.
• Participate in community engagement, field marketing, social media, and events.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Support compliance with policies, legal regulations, and operational improvements.
• Safely lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Train and coach team members; foster learning, development, and accountability.
• Assist with inventory management including counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
