Live Parallel in Massachusetts is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our cannabis retail locations, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge to customers. You will drive sales, upsell, maintain store standards, handle inquiries, and ensure HIPAA-compliant paperwork when required.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or over.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
• 1 year of experience in retail or related customer service.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling transactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Utilize upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Follow HIPAA and state regulations for cannabis retailers.
• Deliver products to customers in-store or via home delivery.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
