Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet or exceed targets with upselling and cross-selling.
• Greet and assist customers, provide product information and recommendations.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant paperwork and patient information as needed.
• Prepare pre-orders for reserve pickups and manage deliveries.
• Operate POS and maintain a clean, stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory, displays, and adherence to Cannabis retailer regulations.
