Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Girard, OH. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through cannabis products and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will greet guests, upsell, process transactions, and uphold store standards. A high school diploma and 6+ months in customer-facing roles are required, with weekend availability encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
