Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 6 months using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build rapport and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Open/close the store, process transactions, and follow procedures.
• Upsell, drive store goals, and stay informed on promos and products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked sales floor and backroom.
