Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in our Miami Gardens location. You will be the face of our brand, assist customers with cannabis products, and deliver outstanding service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months in customer-facing roles, and familiarity with POS systems.

Weekends are preferred, with a shift range of 15–25 hours and an hourly rate of $16.50. Join a team focused on a welcoming customer experience and compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of POS experience and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Upsell products and highlight deals to meet sales goals.
• Process transactions accurately and operate the POS system.
• Keep the store clean, organized and fully stocked.
• Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs.
