You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and upsell where appropriate, while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in a customer-facing role with POS experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 6 months experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Handle transactions at the register and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support inventory tasks and online order fulfillment.
