Insa Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to guide customer interactions and drive sales within our Massachusetts stores. You will educate customers on brand options, compare products, and assist with transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and strong communication as you mentor staff and maintain a safe, efficient retail environment. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 1 – 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; POS software and cash management experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and lead the team.
• Educate customers on brand, products, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately using a computerized system and train staff as needed.
• Act as sales leader to meet/exceed sales goals by using Insa sales standards.
• Comply with state regulations and company policies; maintain safe, clean work area.
