Verano is seeking an Agent in Charge in Lawrence Township, NJ to lead daily retail operations at a cannabis dispensary. You will greet customers, manage inventory, process transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting Cannabis Advisors with product questions.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or hospitality, 21+, and the ability to learn cannabinoid products. Flexible shifts, some weekends and holidays, and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to learn cannabinoid products and usage methods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Proficient with basic office software (Word, Excel, email).
• Familiarity with state/local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Assist in regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Retrieve cannabis product from vault and hand to Cannabis Advisor.
• Support cannabis education and customer care for product queries (no medical advice).
• Open and close store as directed by AGM or GM.
• Ensure online orders are accurate before pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workstation and front area.
• Process POS transactions and maintain accurate state inventory in systems.
