Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; POS software and cash management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate customers on brand and product options.
• Process transactions accurately using a computerized system and train staff as needed.
• Act as sales leader to meet or exceed sales goals using Insa sales standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with store team about sales performance and promotions.
• Authorize facility access and maintain records while ensuring customer experience.
• Oversee order fulfillment and restocking.
• Assist with training and development for team members.
• Maintain flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure a safe, clean work area and report hazards.
