Job summary

Live-Parallel in Florida is hiring a Lead Retail Sales Associate who will mentor the team, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and own store-level operations. You will educate patients and caregivers about cannabis products, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure compliance with state regulations while building strong relationships with customers.

The role demands evenings and weekend availability, leadership experience, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-growing company

Qualifications

• Age 21 or over
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• 2 years' experience in Retail or similar industry
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with difficult situations and resolve in a timely and professional manner

Responsibilities

• Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.
• Manage opening/closing, banking and store security as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Model best-in-class service to exceed customer expectations and build long-term rapport.
• Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations, discuss goals, product effects, dosing, and administration.
• Participate in patient intake, maintain paperwork and patient records with privacy considerations.
• Process patient orders and sales using POS accurately.
• Resolve customer conflicts to foster loyalty to our brands.
• Maintain records in compliance with Florida regulatory requirements.
