Good Day Farm is seeking an Assistant General Retail Manager to support store operations and lead a team in a cannabis retail setting. You will work with the General Manager on payroll, scheduling, and staff development while upholding regulatory and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on customer service, cash control, and inventory accuracy to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis-related industries.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability in people management and culture building.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training and development, assist in hiring and team management, conduct employee reviews, build staff schedules, and assist the GM in payroll.
• Lead and model company culture for all team members and meet culture goals.
