The Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside will guide customers in selecting cannabis products, acting as an ambassador of Cresco Labs’ mission to normalize and professionalize the industry. You will rely on your customer service skills, product knowledge and state compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply product information in a consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
