Job summary

Blackstone Valley Cannabis in Uxbridge, MA seeks an Inventory Team Lead to blend retail operations with rigorous inventory control and compliance. This role reports to the Retail Manager and requires a proactive, self-starter approach to managing staff, transactions, and accuracy across cannabis and non-cannabis stock.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, handling escalated customer issues, conducting audits, and maintaining current product data and testing information.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory control experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the dispensary.
• Assist with staff management and customer service.
• Maintain accuracy of cannabis and non-cannabis inventory.
• Perform inventory audits and vault organization.
• Ensure product information, testing, pictures and descriptions are accurate.
• Receive, inspect, count, and store new deliveries compliantly.
• Record quarantined/destroyed products per state regs.
• Monitor product par levels and expiration dates.
• Balance and transfer inventory between licenses.
• Provide leadership and training to team members.
