Job summary

Globe Street Management LLC is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee all inventory activities within the dispensary and cultivation facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of clerks and report to the Inventory Manager, coordinating with cultivation and logistics to ensure stock availability.

In this role, you will maintain meticulous records, conduct regular audits, manage inventory levels, and drive process improvements while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in inventory management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
• Familiarity with cannabis industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all inventory activities including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Lead and manage a team of inventory clerks; provide guidance and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies; maintain meticulous records.
• Oversee inventory levels; conduct regular audits and implement control measures.
• Monitor product quality and expiry dates; report issues to the Inventory Manager.
• Prepare and present reports on stock movements and discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements to streamline inventory procedures.
• Coordinate with cultivation, production, and logistics teams for stock movements.
• Provide ongoing training and support to inventory staff.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for inventory handling.
