The Garden in Ohio is seeking a strategic, hands-on Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations across our cannabis retail network. You will manage the complete lifecycle of inventory, drive compliance with Ohio regulations, and develop a high-performing team.

This role rewards operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Compliance, Purchasing, Security, Finance and IT, while advancing METRC accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years inventory, supply chain, logistics or retail operations experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• METRC or seed‑to‑sale software experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, intake, vault, fulfillment, transfers, recalls, quarantine and destruction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure METRC and system data integrity.
• Conduct daily verifications, weekly cycle counts, and monthly audits.
• Resolve discrepancies and coach Inventory Specialists through performance management.
• Partner with Retail, Compliance, Purchasing, Security, Finance, IT and vendors.
• Analyze inventory turns, shrink, forecasting, aging inventory and category performance.
• Support RFID initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
