Job summary

Story Cannabis is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead daily operations of inventory control, supervise Inventory Associates, and maintain organized inventory across back- and front-of-house areas. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient turnover.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory management (cannabis preferred), a valid ID, and strong organizational skills. Full-time position with benefits is based in Tolleson, AZ, with opportunities to optimize

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of inventory management experience; cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be over 21 years old; valid State ID or U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory Leads and Associates and delegate tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels using Dutchie, Lucid ID, and Metrc.
• Oversee receiving of shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Tag and label inventory and update system records.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Lead staff training on inventory procedures.
• Manage monthly overnight inventory audit and reporting.
