Job summary

Verano Holdings is seeking an Agent in-Charge for a Phoenix dispensary to deliver exceptional customer service, educate patients, and assist with inventory management. You will work closely with the AGM/GM and help ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience, must be 21+, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their software.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Provide product information and assist customers in selecting cannabis products (not medical advice).
• Open and close store as directed by AGM or GM.
• Handle cash transactions and daily payouts as directed by GM/AGM.
• Ensure online orders are accurate and ready for pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work area.
