Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Agent in-Charge to deliver excellent customer service, provide educational consulting, and assist with patient records under the AGM/GM guidance. The role includes inventory responsibilities and ensuring proper tagging and paperwork in state and local regulations.

The position emphasizes greeting customers, assisting with product education, and maintaining accurate inventory and POS records in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software, i.e., Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Handle cannabis product from vault for sale.
• Provide cannabis customer care and education.
• Open and close store as directed.
• Assist Cannabis Advisors with product or POS System questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and front of store.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup.
