Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Colorado is seeking a General Manager to lead a Denver-area dispensary, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective inventory control, and superior customer experiences across our brands such as LivWell and Starbuds.

You will drive a high-performing team, manage budgets, optimize sales, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver consistent, compliant service while maintaining a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management position.
• Experience in cannabis retail preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrated skills in people management and development.
• Strong customer service skills including supervising retail associates and handling invoices and cash.
• Proficiency with business technologies and software including HR systems, timekeeping, POS, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dispensary operations with strategic direction.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Manage inventory and merchandising for optimal product availability and store aesthetics.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on budgets and financial goals.
