Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store personnel, oversee inventory, and drive sales while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, 4+ years of management, cash handling experience, and the ability to train a 40+ person team. Expect 45+ hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays; compensation reflects experience with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a 40+ person team.
• Strong communication and discretion with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and changes.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet business needs.
